Route:
US22/I-78 to West portal
exit before Jugtown Mt.
Over Jugtown Mt the right on 643 to NJ 57
Right on 57 then left on Brass Castle Road to Belvidere.
Across bridge to PA then immediate right along river to Portland
(where they make the cement; see HBO's The
Sopranos)
US 611 north thru Del Water Gap; then right to I-80 West
One very quick exit to pick up PA 447 to Newfoundland (PA)
Right on 507, along the lake to US 6.
Note: The Hawk's Nest has burned down, use AJ's on 507 for lunch.
South on US 6 to PA 434, then left on 434 to NY 97.
NY 97 south (scenic) to Hawk's Nest (biker friendly) for lunch.
Continue south to Port Jervis; US 6 east to right turn for NJ 521
South across US 206 into Del Water Gap Park.
Thru park to Blairstown, NJ; 521 south to Hope; 611 south to US
46
To Hackettstown on 46 east; then around town & back on 517
south
to Tewksbury; then 523 west, across I-78 &
home.
This will be a 'spirited' ride through NJ, PA & NY. No
formalities! Just riding & lunch! Scenic stops at Del Water
Gap and Hawk's Nest.
